Awards & Scholarships

The school gives awards to bright students in appreciation and for encouragement honouring them with certificates, medals, and/or cash prizes for excellence in the ISC examinations for Economics, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics. The student with the best academic performance in the school is honored as Dux. There are certificates and awards for toppers in each class and in each subject. Awards are presented also to the School Captain, the student with the Best Influence, the Best male and female Sportspersons. Certificates are also given for membership in the Students Council and the Clubs. Moreover, certificate and prizes are given for different competitive events, sports and games besides for cleanliness and full attendance.

Several programmes and schemes by the alumni, other individuals and organisations offer support to economically needy but meritorious students, especially those in the Social Service School. The sponsored awards are given respecting the intentions and objectives of the persons who instituted them.
