Bokaro Old Xaverians Association (BOXA), established in 1982, is the authorised association of the alumni and alumnae of the school. It is registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860, and has its office within the school campus. BOXA is a member of the federation of Jesuit Alumni Associations of India (JAAI). It is obligatory for the students who leave the school having completed Std X or XII to register themselves as student members of the association. For this they are required to pay the requisite fee. Student membership is valid for seven years after completion of Std XII or until one becomes a life member, whichever is earlier.
BOXA takes up community service activities. From time to time it organises reunion of alumni/ alumnae in Bokaro and other places. It recognises and promotes talent in the school and organises programmes to reward academic and co-curricular achievement. It arranges career counselling programmes in the school. BOXAns reach out to help the students who go to other cities to continue their education or to build their careers.
